Description

Product Application:
1. Fireproofing and sealing for interior/exterior.
2. Sealing the joint gap, suitable for pipes parts. Eg. Water pipe, cable tray, plumbing and wind pipes, etc.
3. Seams of fire-rated walls, floor slabs and roofs.
4. Seans of various pipes and fire-rated fittings.
5. Compatible materials including : cement, concrete, bricks, gypsom boards,wood, steel, aluminium, glass and PS…etc. 

Product Feature:
1.Easy to caulk.Non-Sagging.It maintains flexibility and excellent adhesion on most building materials after drying.
2.Due to its higher solid contact, shrinkage is minimal with its 81% solid and it dries relatively faster.
3.Easy to clean up with water before curing.
4.No solvent, no health risk, or no fire risk.
5.Excellent water resistance, weathering resistance and UV resistance.
