Description

CA-010HHS is a rapid-strength, non-shrink composite material primarily composed of low-alkali aluminate cement and various hydrates. It is mainly based on C2S, giving the cement excellent properties such as low heat hydration, fast curing speed, high final strength, and good durability. It is an excellent material for rigid road surfaces requiring acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, rapid pouring, and anchoring, as well as joint filling, repairing, and leveling. It is both convenient and environmentally friendly.

Product Applications:

  1. The Casting of precast concrete components and GRC components
  2. Application for ultra-wear-resistant polished floors
  3. Ideal for emergency repairs and rapid construction
  4. Repair of protection dike surfaces in water engineering and maritime projects

Product Features:High strength, high adhesion, high flow characteristics, low alkalinity, rapid strength gain, fast curing speed, acid and alkali resistance, high-density leak resistance, corrosion resistance, compensating shrinkage, and other functional characteristics, make it suitable for various uses.

  1. Fast curing speed. Working time is about 20 minutes, suitable for rapid-strength pouring and repairing needs, as well as for processing items requiring grinding and polishing.
  2. The product achieves a compressive strength of 15MPa within 3 hours of application, with a thickness of up to 30mm. It is also suitable for high-strength applications on ultra-wear-resistant floors.
  3. It has good flowability and is not prone to water bleeding. It has excellent overall hardness with rapid curing and a surface that doesn't produce sand. This characteristic effectively reduces the wear of heavily used floors, thereby enhancing durability.
  4. It exhibits excellent high-density resistance to leakage and compensating shrinkage, improving crack resistance.
